CARTIVA delivers all over Pakistan, including major cities, towns, and selected remote areas, subject to courier availability.

📦 Order Processing

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

• During sales and promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

🕐 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Towns: 3–6 business days

• Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

💵 Cash on Delivery

CARTIVA offers Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders across Pakistan.

You can pay the complete order amount directly to the courier rider when your parcel is delivered.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared with you through SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

You can use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment with the courier company.

📞 Order Confirmation

For COD orders, our team may contact you to confirm your order and delivery details.

Please ensure that your name, phone number, city, and complete address are correct when placing your order.

⚠️ Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional delivery or re-shipping charges may apply.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact CARTIVA Customer Support as soon as possible after delivery.

We may request photos or videos of the parcel and product to verify the issue.

CARTIVA always aims to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to bad weather, courier issues, public holidays, high order volumes, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

💰 Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.
